We have just had our new heat pump fitted by APB, the whole experience has been excellent, from the initial information and advice, through planning and then the installation. Everybody has been helpful and understanding, the technicians work was very good, polite and courteous at all times. We would certainly recommend APB to anyone thinking of installing a heat pump. Our experience with APB was 100% positive during the recent installation of two air conditioning units in our home. The engineers arrived promptly in the morning and worked very hard all day to achieve the work plan. The final installation was very neat and all the cables and lines were concealed as far as possible. At the end of the day, the engineers cleaned up thoroughly and demonstrated the functions of both units fully. We were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the engineers and the excellent support by Eric at APB Bergerac, whose fluent English was very much appreciated. We would strongly recommend APB for any air conditioning project, large or small. It may not be cheap but you definitely get what you pay for!

We had hesitated to consider a heat pump for our large home with thick stone walls, thinking that the installation would be difficult, too expensive, and ruin the classic look of our old stone house. We were wrong on all points. The owner provided a detailed quote with various options, and his team did an expert job throughout the installation, which they were able to start and finish more quickly than we anticipated. We wish we had contacted APB years ago to have this work done. We are completely satisfied with their professionalism, and would recommend them without reservation.

From my first enquiry and visit, to the completion of the installation I can totally recommend this firm. The knowledge of everyone was superb and the two engineers who fitted the system were brilliant.
